All fees excl. 25% VAT
Please note: All conference fees above are in SEK excluding VAT. According to the Swedish and EU legislation, 25% VAT will be added to the conference fees. In some cases, however, VAT is not applicable. Please read carefully the information below.
Exchange rates may vary. To check current exchange rates, please ask your bank, or visit a web based currency converter, for exampleoanda.comorx-rates.com, or your preferred converter service.
Conference fee
The registration fee includes full conference entrance with participation in all sessions, lunch and coffee according to conference program, welcome reception (25 September) and the conference dinner (26 September).
The early bird fees are available until 2 July.
Payment
Payment must be made before the conference. Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice).
Swedish delegates
- All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona).
- Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
- If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive your invoice by e-invoice (e-faktura) in first hand and otherwise as a pdf attachment by e-mail.
Delegates from outside Sweden
- All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona).
- Delegates from outside Sweden can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. We will not accept any bank charge deductions.
- Upon choice of payment with ”International bank transfer” on the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc. The invoice will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail.
- Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card.
- Your credit card must be connected to 3D Secure, that is, Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
- Your bank can help you check that your card is connected, or help you to connect it.
- Credit card payment is implemented through Nets, payment solutions for secure on-line payment.
VAT
For all delegates, except for Swedish government public organizations (“statliga myndigheter”) 25% VATwill be added before payment.
Conditions for cancellation, refunds and change
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, Academic Conferences, at EPIZONE2024@akademikonferens.se. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 12 August, 2024 up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of 750 SEK. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after 12 August, 2024.
Change of delegate
If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague. Please contact the conference secretariat to do so.
Privacy policy
Academic Conferences is the EPIZONE 2024 conference secretariat. We administer conferences and other events. In order to do this, we must collect and process personal data. The purpose of our privacy policy is to explain how we will use the data we collect when you register EPIZONE 2024, as well as give you information on your rights as a data subject.
