In 2 weeks from now, the EPIZONE annual meeting will take place. Registration is still open, so don't miss the opportunity to learn about the newest research developments in the field of epizootic animal diseases. Eight keynote lectures have been confirmed now. One of the keynote speakers will be Prof. Wim van der Poel, who has been the coordinator of EPIZONE from 2009 until 2025. He will be talking about his "hobby", hepatitis E virus, which is a zoonosis.

For young scientist, there is the Young EPIZONE meeting, where you can meet other young scientist to exchange experiences. This year, this meeting has a session about "Career reality check", which is moderated by Mattia Bütikofer.

The meeting will take place in the Haus des Sports in Ittigen (Bern, Switzerland).
